All testing work is delivered by qualified and accredited test engineers to ensure compliance, accurate test certification, reporting, and remedial work quotations.
Each stores certification is held on our system and can be accessed via the customer portal or uploaded onto your system of choice.
This ensures statutory compliance at all times with information readily accessible and up to date, leaving you to concentrate on running your business while we look after the store environment.
Statutory Testing services include:
Fire Alarm tested twice per year
Fire Extinguishers tested once per year
Emergency lighting tested either twice or once per year
Sprinkler flow switch testing annually
PAT (portable appliance testing) once per year
Fixed Wire Testing (FWT) also called EICR (electrical installation condition report) tested every 5 years or 20% annually
Legionella risk assessments with monthly testing and annual sampling
